Allison explained everything about the disability benefits process, in great detail, over several meetings before the hearing. She also helped me get the right paperwork for the hearing. Overall she was very helpful in taking me through the complicated process.

I was confused and a bit panicked by some confusing paperwork when I was receiving state assistance. Allison got on the phone there and then and straightened it out. I was able to relax and stop feeling freaked out! She really knows her stuff and is very personable and proactive.

I have had the pleasure and great fortune to meet Allison Tyler in reference to my wife’s disability case. She did a fantastic job on my wife’s disability case and much more. She is hard working, analytical, professional, honest, has high integrity, and quite frankly, very smart. She really knows her stuff when it comes to any disability claim. I would highly recommend Ms. Tyler to anyone who wants or needs to have their disability claim resolved. She is simply the very best in Colorado and you … Read more

Make Allison Tyler your first call. Skip the huge budget TV advertisers like Binder&Binder, and go directly to Allison Tyler.  Ms. Tyler did more for my case in ONE DAY than B&B did in 4 YEARS. At the time of my hearing, I’d never spoken to an attorney with B&B. They missed filing deadlines, lied about it and then failed to secure the appropriate documentation to make a case.  The judge postponed my initial hearing and suggested I get a new lawyer because the evidence presented by B&B guaranteed… Read more

I met Allison 2 1/2 years ago and selected her off online reviews. She is very caring and listens to everything u say. She submitted my package and it was denied the first time but she submitted an appeal right away with additional physician info and after 2 years I was approved. Allison responds promptly to phone calls and answers emails quickly as well. I would recommend her to anyone fighting to receive disability but be patient. It is a slow process.

Dear Allison, Thank you so much for being my representative with the government. Your kindness, thoroughness and prompt responses to our enquiries were greatly appreciated. Thanks again for all you did.

Allison worked hard on my case the first time. She did all the work getting hospital/doctor records and getting me to the places I still needed to go. Winning my case without ever having to step into a court room! – 11 YEARS LATER – I was told I was better and my payments would end in 2 months. Living in OK at the time I moved back to CO and she took my case again. I made calls to my Case Review worker to provide info/proof needed. 1 year later I was found to be disabled and payments resumed. Wh… Read more
