Allison Tyler

Social Security Disability Attorney at Law

Practicing law on the side of disabled workers and their families is my passion. I am a Colorado native with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado and a law degree from the University of Oregon. I started my career practicing workers’ compensation law for injured workers in Oregon. When I moved home to Colorado in 2003, I decided to limit my practice to social security disability law. It is my pleasure every day to help people deal with the social security bureaucracy and fight for the benefits they have worked for and paid for throughout their careers.

I live in Colorado Springs with my family and I practice at the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review Offices in Denver and Colorado Springs.

I handle cases from the initial application through the Hearings and Appeals Council levels. I am admitted to practice law in State and Federal courts in Colorado and I am a sustaining member of NOSSCR,
